Diego Rivera's mural in the National Palace, Mexico City, shows Cipactonal and Oxomuco inside a cave-like structure with a spring emerging from the bottom. She kneels and he sits with his knees under his chin. She, with wrinkles on her face to show her antiquity, casts lots, while he, with a toothless look to show his antiquity, also performs a rite, holding a xiquipilli in his left hand.
